Once you fill out the form below, we'll review your submission and get your Gittr site up and running. We'll email you with login instructions as soon as it's ready.
Certain pricing tiers have restricted numbers of merchant slots. We do this so that we can help your business scale. We also allocate memory according to the business our clients manage - typically, the more business a company does, the more merchants they have, the more memory they need.
Per Order Fees
Per Order Fees are a processing fee that we charge to keep things running. You'll notice that as your pricing tier progresses, the per order fee goes down. The more volume you do, the lower the processing fee.
The monthly fee exists to cover all the integrations and server costs associated with running your instance of Gittr. It also covers live, priority support.
Support Hours is the amount of time Gittr will dedicate to your help
desk requests in a month. Email support is always available to every
user tier, at any time, regardless of the support hours used in a billing
period, but response times will vary.
Free users will recieve 1 hour of live support every month. This could mean phone calls, video conferences, or live chat with our team.
Premium users will recieve 4 hours of live support every month. This could mean phone calls, video conferences, live chat with our team, screen sharing sessions, and feature request responses. Premium users will recieve priority response time.
Pro users will receive 6 hours of live support every month. This could mean phone calls, video conferences, live chats with our team, screen sharing sessions, feature request responses, menu-building, merchant interfacing, and more. Pro users will recieve priority response time.
SSL is a security measure in place to protect your users. It's included
with every Gittr instance for free. SSL ensures that we're following
the best security practices and ensuring the safety of user data - not
just for your users, but for your clients, too.
SSL also ensures that nobody can intercept data when interfacing with other applications, like Stripe for payment processing or location services. So your data and your users data is always secured.
Priority Support is only available to Premium and Pro users. We'll prioritize requests from these companies that come in through our help desk. Email support is not prioritized.
We currently offer two add-ons to the base Gittr service. Pro level
accounts automatically include these add-ons. Premium or Free
accounts can purchase these add-ons at the listed rate.
